These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OzaviOS website at ozavios.com (the "Website") and any enquiry you make through it. OzaviOS ("we", "us", "our") is part of Ozavion Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16814450), registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Website versus engaged Services

These Terms cover your use of the Website and its informational content only. Our custom AI Decision Systems, intelligence-platform work, data integration, and related consulting (the "Services") are provided under a separate written agreement, proposal, or order form ("Services Agreement"). If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed Services Agreement, the Services Agreement prevails for the Services it covers.

2. Eligibility and business use

The Website is intended for business and professional use by people aged 18 or over who are authorised to act for their organisation. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate, and that you are authorised to provide it.

3. Information, not an offer or guarantee

Content on the Website — including descriptions of our Services, example decision systems, sample outputs, benchmarks, and pricing models — is provided for general information. It is not a binding offer and does not guarantee any particular result. Decision systems support management judgement; they do not replace it, and any figures or case examples shown are illustrative. A binding engagement arises only through a signed Services Agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Website unlawfully, or in breach of any applicable regulation or third-party right;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or probe the Website or its infrastructure;
• scrape, data-mine, or harvest content or personal data except as expressly permitted;
• upload or transmit malicious code, or use the Website to send spam or unsolicited messaging;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit another person's data without authority.

5. Intellectual property

The Website and its content — text, graphics, logos, diagrams, layouts, and software — are owned by or licensed to Ozavion Limited (operating the OzaviOS brand) and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Website without our prior written consent. "OzaviOS" and our logos are our trademarks; other names and marks belong to their respective owners, and our use of them does not imply endorsement.

6. Third-party platforms and links

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ozavion Limited (operating OzaviOS) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Website. Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Website is limited to £100 (one hundred pounds). Liability under any Services Agreement is governed by that agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ozavion Limited (operating OzaviOS) from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

10. Changes to the Website and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Website, or parts of it, at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a revised "last updated" date; your continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
